Program:

Day 1. Saturday. Departure to Madrid (International flight).

Arrival in Madrid. Meet and greet at the airport. Transfer and accommodation at the hotel. Rest. Evening city tour in Madrid.

 

Day 2. Sunday. Madrid – Pamplona

Breakfast. Departure to Pamplona, the capital of Navarre, a city closely associated with Hemingway. The city where the running of the bulls has been taking place in the central part for over 100 years in July.

 

Day 3. Monday. Pamplona – San Sebastian – Bilbao

Breakfast. Departure to San Sebastian, a famous city on the Bay of Biscay, where the International Film Festival takes place annually. Stop, stroll through the historical part, and free time for lunch. Transfer to Bilbao, home to the famous Guggenheim Museum, a unique building designed by Frank Gehry. Walking tour. Free time to visit the museum (optional).

 

Day 4. Tuesday. Bilbao – Comillas – Santillana del Mar - Oviedo

Breakfast. Departure to Comillas, where the first known work of Antoni Gaudí is located — El Capricho. A short stop. Continue to Santillana, a small town considered one of the most picturesque in Spain, where interesting buildings from the 16th-17th centuries are preserved. Transfer to Oviedo, the capital of Asturias, and a favorite city of director Woody Allen.

 

Day 5. Wednesday. Oviedo – La Coruña – Santiago de Compostela

Breakfast. Transfer to La Coruña, passing through the city center and stopping at the ancient Roman functioning lighthouse, listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Continue to the capital of Galicia, Santiago de Compostela, the famous pilgrimage center for all Christians, where the "Way of St. James" pilgrimage route ends. Accommodation at the hotel, an evening walk in the city center.

 

Day 6. Thursday. Santiago de Compostela – Braga – Guimaraes – Porto

Breakfast. Departure to Braga, the religious capital of Portugal. A walk around the city and transfer to Guimaraes, a city known for being the birthplace of the independent Portuguese state. Transfer to Porto.

 

Day 7. Friday. Porto

Breakfast. The whole day is dedicated to getting to know Porto, the second-largest city in Portugal, and the capital of port wine. Visit one of the wine cellars and a river cruise on the Douro River.

 

Day 8. Saturday. Porto – Coimbra – Batalha – Obidos – Lisbon

Breakfast. On this day, all stops are evenly distributed, and transfers will be short. All cities are exceptionally picturesque, small, and cozy. Notably, Coimbra, where the oldest Portuguese university is located. Transfer to Lisbon.

 

Day 9. Sunday. Lisbon

Breakfast. The entire day will be devoted to Lisbon and its landmarks. The capital of Portugal is located at the mouth of the Tagus River as it flows into the Atlantic Ocean. In the evening, the option to attend a Fado music show.

 

Day 10. Monday. Lisbon – Sintra – Cascais – Cape Roca – Estoril

Breakfast. This day will be spent in the surroundings of Lisbon, with a transfer not exceeding 30 km. Sintra is the suburban residence of Portuguese monarchs, an extraordinarily picturesque town with several palaces. Cape Roca is the westernmost point of Europe. Cascais and Estoril are famous resorts on the Lisbon Riviera.

Day 11. Tuesday. Departure from Lisbon (International flight)

Breakfast. Transfer to Lisbon Airport. End of the tour.

The price is per person in a DBL room. ½ DBL, on request. If no companion is found, payment is as for SGL.
Price for SGL - 2398 €. Additional bed – 1346 €.

 

The price includes:

• 10 nights accommodation in 3* and 4* hotels

• Entrance tickets: Cathedral in Santiago, viewing platform in San Sebastian, Batalha Monastery, National Palace in Sintra.
• Group transfer on arrival and departure (from 08:00 - 19:00). On the day of arrival, the waiting time for a group transfer is up to 2.5 hours. The option to book an individual transfer for an additional fee of 30 euros per person.

 

If the tourist arrives before Saturday or stays after the tour, the group transfer is not included. It is necessary to book an individual transfer, and the transfer price is available on request, varying depending on the location of the chosen hotel.
