📍 Day 1 – Monday, 08.02.2027 | Chișinău – Frankfurt – Rio de Janeiro 🇲🇩✈️🇧🇷

✈️ 13:00 — Flight Lufthansa LH1479 to Frankfurt.
🕞 15:30 — Arrival in Frankfurt.

🌙 Night on board the aircraft.
💡 Tip: Keep documents, necessary medication, a light change of clothes, and valuables in your hand luggage.
📍 Day 2 – Tuesday, 09.02.2027 | Rio de Janeiro – Copacabana – last night of the Special Group
🛬 06:10 — Arrival at Galeão International Airport in Rio de Janeiro.
🚐 Private transfer to Copacabana and Royal Rio Palace Hotel 4★.
🕘 09:00 — Arrival at the hotel. Luggage can be stored at reception.
🕑 14:00 — Standard check-in begins.
🎭 18:00–19:00 — Recommended departure to the Sambadrome.
🚪 Gates open from approximately 18:30.
🎶 The show takes place throughout the night and may continue until morning.
💡 Tip: Keep the afternoon as relaxed as possible and rest before the night show.
📍 Day 3 – Wednesday, 10.02.2027 | Copacabana – Ipanema – free day
🍳 Breakfast. After the Carnival night, the morning is reserved for rest.
🏖️ You can spend a few hours on Copacabana Beach or at the hotel pool.
🌴 In the afternoon we recommend Ipanema and Arpoador: a walk along the promenade, cafés, shopping, and sunset.
⭐ OPTIONAL: Rocinha – cultural walking tour with a local guide. Approximate duration: 2–3 hours. Price: +35 € / person.
💡 Tip: For Rocinha we recommend exclusively an organized visit with a local guide and following the route set by the operator.
📍 Day 4 – Thursday, 11.02.2027 | Grand City Tour of Rio de Janeiro – included excursion
🍳 Breakfast. Between 07:30–08:00, hotel pickup.
🕐 Guided tour of approximately 8–9 hours dedicated to the city’s most famous landmarks.
⛪ Christ the Redeemer / Cristo Redentor and Corcovado — one of the international symbols of Rio de Janeiro.
🚠 Sugarloaf / Pão de Açúcar — spectacular panoramic point with cable car ascent and views over Guanabara Bay.
🎨 Selarón Steps — one of the most photographed urban landmarks in the city.
⛪ Metropolitan Cathedral — modern building with distinctive architecture.
⚽ Maracanã and Sambadrome — photo stops at two internationally associated landmarks of football and Carnival.
🍖 All-you-can-eat BBQ lunch at a traditional churrascaria is included; drinks are paid separately.
💡 Tip: Wear comfortable shoes, use sun protection, and bring water. The order of visits may be adapted depending on traffic and local conditions.
📍 Day 5 – Friday, 12.02.2027 | Rio de Janeiro – free day
🍳 Breakfast. Relaxed schedule for rest after the intense early days of the tour.
🏖️ The morning can be spent on Copacabana, at the hotel pool, or walking along the promenade.
🌴 The afternoon remains free for Ipanema, Leblon, cafés, or shopping.
⛵ OPTIONAL: Rio de Janeiro – sunset sailing tour. Approximate duration: 3 hours. Departure from Marina da Glória and sailing through Guanabara Bay. Drinks and snacks included. +49 € / person.
💡 Tip: Choose a light program and return to the hotel at a reasonable hour; the next day includes another long night at the Sambadrome.
📍 Day 6 – Saturday, 13.02.2027 | Rio de Janeiro – Champions Parade
🍳 Breakfast. The first part of the day is free; we recommend a relaxed program: beach at Copacabana, hotel pool, a short walk, or lunch near the hotel.
🎭 In the evening we return to the Sambadrome for the Champions Parade – Desfile das Campeãs, one of the most spectacular nights of the Carnival.
🏆 The top six schools from the Special Group competition return to the Sambadrome for a celebration parade.
🚐 Transfer Copacabana – Sambadrome – Copacabana is done individually by official/local transport and is not included in the package.
💡 Tip: Rest during the day and take only the essentials to the Sambadrome.
📍 Day 7 – Sunday, 14.02.2027 | Rio de Janeiro – free day
🍳 Breakfast. Full day to explore the city at your own pace.
🏖️ For relaxation we recommend Ipanema, Leblon, and Arpoador; for an artistic atmosphere you can independently discover the Santa Teresa neighborhood.
🪂 OPTIONAL: Tandem paragliding flight over the landscapes of Rio de Janeiro. Approximate total duration: 2–3 hours. +90 € / person. Activity depends on weather, wind, and confirmation by the local operator.
💡 Tip: Paragliding is confirmed only if weather permits; also check the conditions of your insurance policy for adventure activities.
📍 Day 8 – Monday, 15.02.2027 | Tijuca Tropical Forest – included excursion
🍳 Breakfast. Between 07:00–07:30, hotel pickup.
🌳 We head to Tijuca National Park for approximately 5 hours of guided exploration.
💦 The program includes trails through tropical vegetation, Taunay Waterfall, the cave area, and other natural points planned by the guide.
🏞️ Depending on trail conditions, stops at waterfalls and Vista Chinesa may be included.
💡 Tip: Comfortable sports shoes, water, insect repellent, sun protection, and clothing suitable for a tropical area are recommended.
📍 Day 9 – Tuesday, 16.02.2027 | Rio de Janeiro – last full day
🍳 Breakfast. The last full day in Rio is left free so each traveler can return to favorite places or discover other areas of the city.
🌿 During the day you can choose the Botanical Garden, Lagoa Rodrigo de Freitas, Ipanema, or Leblon. Toward evening, Arpoador is a good option for sunset.
🍹 OPTIONAL: Lapa – pub crawl with cachaça tasting and live samba. Approximate duration: 4 hours. Includes cachaça tasting, one caipirinha, live samba music, and access to a club. +30 € / person. 18+ only.
💡 Tip: Being the last evening in Rio, leave time for souvenir shopping and packing before the evening program.

🎉 RIO STREET CARNIVAL – BLOCOS DE RUA
🎺 In addition to the Sambadrome parades, Rio de Janeiro is known for its street carnival – “blocos de rua”, popular parades and parties organized in different neighborhoods of the city, generally free to join.
📍 On free days, depending on the official 2027 calendar, travelers can individually join a bloco in Copacabana, Ipanema, Leblon, Centro, Glória, or other areas.
⚠️ The name of the event, the route, and the exact time will be reconfirmed before the trip after the official program is published.
⚠️ IMPORTANT: Participation in blocos is not an included excursion. Local transport, drinks, meals, and personal expenses are paid individually.
