"Panda Tur" Company may periodically modify this Agreement, which will take effect on the date it is published on the pandatur.md website. By using the services of pandatur.md after the changes are published, you accept all modifications to this Agreement. Therefore, it is recommended that you regularly review the agreement to ensure you are aware of any updates included.

 

Privacy Policy

The use of the website and applications of "Panda Tur" is governed by the Privacy Policy of "Panda Tur" Company, which is posted and available on the pandatur.md website under the "Privacy Policy" section, incorporated by reference into these Terms.

 

Description of Service

"Panda Tur" Company provides users with tools and means for searching, planning, and sharing tourist services, including online collaboration tools and search services, known now or to be developed in the future, integrated into such services that can be found in the "service(s)" section.

After completing the flight search process, you will be redirected to the booking page where you will need to mark and complete the required fields:

1. First Name / Last Name
2. Date of birth
3. ID number and expiration date of the identification document
4. Email address and phone number of the buyer

You agree to the booking rules, regulations, provision of additional services, rates, and terms for the use of personal data.

By selecting the "credit card" payment method, you will be redirected to the payment system page where you will need to enter the necessary card details. If the payment is successfully processed, the flight ticket will be sent to you by email to the address specified in the booking form.

By selecting the "Pay in office" payment method, you need to print or register the flight reservation number, visit the "Infoturism Grup" LLC office (the address is indicated on the website), and pay the ticket price in cash before the reservation expires. In case you do not receive the flight ticket by email or if you encounter any difficulties with your booking, you should contact the pandatur.md Call Center operators (customer support) at one of the phone numbers displayed on the website.

"Panda Tur" Company offers free search services for personal, non-commercial use. It is prohibited to use pandatur.md with automated processes, even for personal use. It is prohibited to use materials and trademarks protected by copyright.

 

All materials on the website or application, including any documentation, content, text, data, graphics, images, interfaces, and other materials and works of authorship (hereinafter referred to as "Materials") are protected by copyright and are owned or licensed by "PANDATUR" LLC.

You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your password or any other security breach. You agree that "Panda Tur" Company cannot and will not be responsible for any damages or losses resulting from your failure to comply with these rules.

If you are logged in, you will remain logged in to the system until you log out, even if you close your browser.

General Terms of Use for pandatur.md

You acknowledge that "Panda Tur" Company may set general rules and limits regarding the use of the Service, including the maximum number of itineraries stored in your profile, the maximum number of registered users to work with a specific itinerary, and the maximum disk space allocated to you on the "Panda Tur" Company servers. Additionally, you agree not to take any action that, in the opinion of "Panda Tur" Company, may lead to excessive load on the company's servers or infrastructure.

 

Service Modifications

"Panda Tur" Company has the right, at any time or periodically, to modify, suspend, or permanently discontinue the Service (or any part of it), with or without notice. You agree that "Panda Tur" Company is not responsible to you or third parties for any modifications, suspensions, or interruptions of the Service.

 

Service Interruption

You agree that "Panda Tur" Company may, at its discretion and without prior notice, close your profile and access to the Service. Such actions may be caused by (but are not limited to):

1. Violation of these terms of use or other agreements and decisions of "Panda Tur" Company;
2. Requests from law enforcement and other government agencies;
3. Requests from the user (self-removal of the profile);
4. Suspension or any other substantial modification of the Service (or any part of it);
5. Unexpected technical issues or system security problems;
6. Extended periods of inactivity;
7. Participation in fraudulent or illegal activities;
8. Non-payment of any fees for using the service.

 

Profile Deletion Includes:

Denial of access to all Service offers, including your itineraries;
Deletion of your password and all information, files, and content associated with your account or all related information (or any part of it);
Prohibition of continued use of the Service. You also agree that the deletion of the profile and denial of access to the Service is at the discretion of "Panda Tur" Company, and "Panda Tur" Company is not responsible to you or any third party for the suspension, deletion, or denial of access to the Service.

 

Compensation for Damage

You agree to indemnify, defend, and protect the company "Panda Tur" from claims, causes of legal action, requests, court penalties, losses, damages, fines, penalties, and other costs and expenses in any form, including legal and accounting fees presented by:

• or on your behalf in amounts exceeding the liability described above;
• by third parties as a result of content you have sent, posted, or made available to the public through the website or application of the "Panda Tur" Company, or your use of the Service;

Likewise, the company "Panda Tur" prohibits the sending of unwanted and inappropriate messages.

In particular, it is prohibited to use the information systems of "Panda Tur" for distributing unsolicited materials, except for the legitimate purpose of sharing tourist itinerary information. Violating the Terms of Use and the rules prohibiting the distribution of unsolicited messages may lead to criminal prosecution and the termination, without notice, of the profile on pandatur.md, along with all associated information and itineraries. "Panda Tur" does not waive any rights due to the failure to enforce these rules in one or more cases.

You agree not to use the website or the application of "Panda Tur" for:

1. Uploading, posting, downloading, emailing, or any other form of providing illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, dignity-violating content, invasion of privacy, or content with racial, ethnic, or other discriminatory motives;
2. Impersonating another individual or entity, including officials and service providers of "Panda Tur," and making false statements or otherwise creating misconceptions about your relationship with other individuals or entities;
3. Uploading, posting, emailing, or any other form of providing content that you do not have the right to distribute;
4. Uploading, posting, emailing, or any other form of providing unsolicited or prohibited advertising, promotional materials, spam, or other types of solicitations;
5. Uploading, posting, emailing, or any other form of providing materials containing software viruses or any other computer code, files, or programs designed to interrupt, destroy, or limit the functionality of software, hardware, or telecommunication equipment;
6. Impeding or violating the Service’s activity, servers, and networks connected to the Service.
   You acknowledge that "Panda Tur" may or may not verify content before posting, and that "Panda Tur" has the right (but not the obligation), at its discretion, to check, reject, or transfer existing content on the Service.

"Panda Tur" and its representatives have the right to remove any violation of these Terms of Use or any form of inappropriate content. You agree to evaluate and take full responsibility for using any content, including trusting the accuracy, completeness, and usefulness of such content. In this sense, you acknowledge that you should not rely on the reliability of the materials created or offered by "Panda Tur."

Reproducing and distributing this software is strictly prohibited.

"Panda Tur" tools for searching tourist offers, planning trips, and acquiring goods and services are designed to assist users in determining the availability of relevant goods and services.

You guarantee that you are at least 18 years old and have the right to enter into this agreement and use the website and application in accordance with the Terms specified herein.

You agree to be financially responsible for the use of the website or application (including the use of your profile by others, including minors living with you). You also guarantee that all information provided by you and your family members during the use of the website or application is true and reliable.

You acknowledge that all purchases on third-party websites or mobile sites are made in accordance with the terms of use posted on the suppliers' websites and mobile sites, and that any breach of the supplier's conditions may result in the cancellation of a reservation or purchase, cancellation of flight, car rental, and apartment bookings, as well as the loss of funds paid for reservation or purchase. You agree to pay in full all invoices, fees, and taxes resulting from the use of this website or mobile site.

 

Tourist Destinations

While most tourist trips are completed without incident, traveling to certain destinations may involve higher risks. By offering flight tickets and hotels in these regions, "Panda Tur" S.R.L. does not provide or guarantee that these trips are recommended or risk-free and is not responsible for any damages or losses incurred as a result of traveling to such destinations/regions.

 

Applicable Law

The terms of use of this agreement, as well as any disputes that may arise from the agreement or the use of the "PANDATUR" LLC website or application, are governed by the laws of the Republic of Moldova and international law.

General Terms and Conditions for Booking and Purchasing Services on www.pandatur.md

Any booking made on the website will be considered as your intention to purchase a specific product or tourist service. If your request/booking is valid, it will be accepted, and you will receive a transactional confirmation email from PANDATUR SRL. The tourism package contract and travel documents will be provided by the agency’s sales consultants.

The terms and conditions of our partners who will provide the services you purchase (including passenger transportation rules imposed by airlines) will apply in addition to the terms and conditions of this website. Our partners’ terms may include provisions relating to various payment procedures, obligations, cancellations, reservation changes, refunds (if applicable), or other restrictions. Some airlines may charge additional fees. PANDATUR SRL is not responsible for costs that may arise during transfers from one airport/terminal to another. Additionally, some hotels may collect different local taxes.

 

Payment

Depending on the terms and conditions imposed by the hotels, at the time of booking, you may be asked to pay the full or partial price for the reserved service, and payment will be made to the account of PANDATUR SRL, the hotel, or its representative, as applicable.

The minimum advance payment is calculated depending on the type of tourism package:

1. Domestic excursion – paid in full
2. International excursion – at least 50% of the package value
3. Seaside vacation with land transport – at least 30% of the package value
4. Seaside vacation with air transport – at least 50% of the package value

 

PANDATUR SRL assumes no obligation to issue tickets, vouchers, or other travel documents in case of non-payment of the full amount for the ordered services. In any case, you are responsible for paying the amounts corresponding to the ordered tourist services.

 

Bank Transfer / Wire Transfer:

If you choose this payment option, a copy of the fiscal invoice will be sent to you by email, based on which you can make the payment. Please note that you can choose this payment method only if there are at least 72 hours left until the deadline for issuing the flight ticket/travel documents.

Cash:

Cash payments are accepted only in LEI at the exchange rate of Victoriabank +1% on the day of payment.

Online Payment by Card

All online payments take place on online.pandatur.md and avia.pandatur.md.

Payments are accepted with any Visa or Mastercard.

If you choose the payment option by card when booking the tourist services, you will be redirected to the secure website of the electronic payment processor where you will have the opportunity to review the billing information and make the payment.

Services ordered online must be paid in full.

The online sites online.pandatur.md and avia.pandatur.md are secure, and PANDATUR SRL does not store your personal, account, or card details used in completing an online transaction.

 

To finalize the transaction optimally, you will need to provide:

1. Cardholder's name
2. Card number (the four groups of digits listed on the front of the card, without spaces)
3. Card expiration date
4. CVV code (the last three digits on the back of the card inscribed on the signature strip)

Transactions will be carried out in lei, regardless of the currency of your card account, in the conditions agreed with your card issuer.

After the beneficiary enters the payment details, the confirmation, and authorization of the payment, it is possible to cancel or modify the transaction only within 3 hours of its completion.

The cardholder has no right to transfer access to the account to third parties.
