Due to its geographical location, the beach season in this region lasts from May to October, while the sun shines here all year round. The mild and warm climate is ideal for a beautiful and healthy tan.

While enjoying the beaches of the Aegean Sea, you will also have the opportunity to visit excursions such as Mount Olympus, Meteora monasteries, Thessaloniki, the thermal springs of Pozara, Skiathos island at the best prices.

Location:

located in the center of the resort town of Leptokaria, next to the central park with children's playgrounds. Near the hotel there is a train station, from where you can get to Thessaloniki, Katerini, Nei Pori. The bus stop is 50 m from the hotel, which allows everyone to organize their own leisure time. A grocery store is 20 meters away. Cafes, bars and taverns are within walking distance.

Distance to the beach 250 meters.

Each person is allowed one baggage of up to 20 kg + one carry-on baggage of up to 6 kg for free.
Additional baggage is paid by the client in cash to the guide upon boarding - €25 one way.

Hotel:

The hotel consists of two two-level buildings. Partially renovated in 2020.

There are 48 rooms in total.

Econom Room (king size or twin beds, max. 3+1 pax., 16-20 m²);

Confort Room (renovated, king size or twin beds, max. 3+1 pax., 16-20 m²).

A tax of 3 EUR per room per night is paid by the client independently at the reception on the day of arrival.
