Day 1 | Bucharest – ROVANIEMI – LEVI

- Meet at Henri Coandă Airport early in the morning with Santa's helpers for boarding the special charter flight to Rovaniemi, Lapland, operated by HiSky! After approximately three and a half hours of flight, we will arrive in the remote lands of the Arctic Circle. Upon arrival at Rovaniemi Airport, we will be welcomed by Santa's special representatives, who will take us to a special location to pick up thermal clothing to help keep us warm during our stay in Lapland.
- Board the coach for a transfer to Ruka, where we will arrive in about 2 hours and 30 minutes.
- Transfer to the hotel and check-in at SKI-INN Hotel Ruka Village, Ruka.
- Free time available in Ruka.

Get ready for a truly memorable experience! This husky sledding safari will take you into the wilderness of Lapland with eager dog teams racing through the snow. Before departure, you will receive instructions on how to control your sled. After the safari, enjoy hot berry juice by a campfire while listening to fascinating stories about the beloved husky dogs. Round-trip transfers are included in the package.
DAY 2 | FUN DAY AT SANTA’S COTTAGE

- Included excursion: Fun Day at Santa’s Cottage: sledding with Santa’s elves, meeting Mr. and Mrs. Claus, gingerbread and Christmas card workshop, small gift from Santa.
- Today we will spend a joyful day with Santa Claus, Mrs. Claus, and their elves at Santa's Cottage, located about 30 minutes by car from Ruka. The program begins with the beloved sledding activity, with Santa’s elves as our instructors, so don’t forget to dress warmly!
- After enjoying outdoor fun, we will have a lunch snack of grilled sausages and hot juice in the cabin. Mr. and Mrs. Claus will soon invite us inside, where Santa will share stories about his life. All children will be named as little helpers of Santa, and their elf skills will be put to the test.
- We will see how well you master baking gingerbread and sweet rolls, or how skilled you are at making Christmas cards. You can enjoy a cup of coffee, tea, or homemade berry juice and eat as many gingerbread and chocolate cookies as you wish!
- Don’t forget to visit our small post office, where you can buy souvenirs and postcards. At the end of the program, everyone will gather to sing Santa's favorite Christmas carol in Finnish. Santa will reward his hardworking helpers with a small gift. All baked goods will be packed for you to take home.
- The total duration of the program is 4 hours, including transfers.

This reindeer sled ride will take you deep into the wilderness, where you will learn a lot about traditional reindeer herding from an authentic reindeer herder. You will have plenty of time to enjoy the beautiful winter landscape of Lapland during a 3 km reindeer sled ride! You can then enjoy a warm drink around a campfire. Round-trip transfers are included in the package.

DAY 3 | Santa Park and Santa Claus Village ROVANIEMI

We arrive at Santa Claus Village, the place where Santa spends his time year-round, dedicated to his mission: to promote kindness and well-being for children and adults, as well as to spread the message of love, goodwill, and the Spirit of Christmas throughout the world.
- Undoubtedly, the highlight is visiting Santa's office, where you can meet and chat with Santa personally. At the end of the meeting, you'll have the chance to take a family photo with Santa.
- Many other attractions await you in Santa Claus Village: crossing the Arctic Circle, visiting Santa's Post Office, where you can send postcards to loved ones, each with a special stamp from Santa. Numerous shops are available for you to purchase souvenirs.

- Next, we continue with a visit to Santa Park, located deep underground, beneath the Arctic Circle, where Santa's secret cavern is found! We warmly welcome you and invite you to join our cheerful elves on an unforgettable journey at Santa Park, the famous amusement park in Rovaniemi, voted the best Christmas destination in the world. Many attractions await you here! Hop on the Magic Train and travel through enchanting worlds, attend the Elf School and earn your own diploma, cross the Arctic Circle underground, and venture into the icy realm of the Ice Princess. In the Ice Gallery, you’ll truly feel your breath freeze.
- Don’t miss the Elf Show on the main stage, send Christmas greetings to loved ones from the vibrant post office, decorate cookies in Mrs. Claus's cozy kitchen, and whisper your dearest wishes to Santa himself!
- Remember to shop in the souvenir stores.

DAY 4 | OPTIONAL EXCURSIONS

Experience a cold winter day driving a snowmobile through a snow-covered forest. After a safety briefing and driving instructions, we will embark on an adrenaline-filled adventure. As we venture through snowy forests and over frozen lakes, you’ll be enchanted by the beauty of nature in Lapland. During the program, you’ll enjoy a well-deserved break with a soothing cup of hot berry juice. The snowmobile will accommodate two people who will take turns driving. Children will have a spot in a special sled pulled by a snowmobile driven by a local guide.

On this excursion, we will have the opportunity to see Arctic animals, including polar bears, in an authentic wilderness setting. Ranua Wildlife Park is home to endangered Arctic species such as the polar bear, Arctic fox, snow owl, and musk ox, which are heavily threatened by climate change. The hosts will explain how these species are protected, cared for, fed, and then released back into the wild. Although Ranua Wildlife Park is a zoo, it is also committed to protecting endangered species and encourages people to participate in conservation programs.

Travel Documents for Minors:
- For minors traveling with one parent, the consent of the other parent is required, expressed through a notarized declaration. If the other parent is deceased, a copy of the death certificate is necessary.
- For minors with only one parent listed on the birth certificate, a copy of this certificate is required.
- For minors traveling with one parent who is divorced, a final court decision regarding custody of the minor(s) and a copy of the divorce decree are necessary. If the court decision is not final, the consent of the other parent must be provided through a notarized declaration.
- For minors traveling without parents and placed in the care of a third party, consent from both parents is required through a notarized declaration, as well as a criminal record certificate for the accompanying person.
General Information Regarding Optional Excursions and Snowmobile Safaris:
- Optional excursions have guaranteed departure and do not require a minimum number of participants.
- Children aged 3 and under can participate in the safari for free, but please note that not all safaris are suitable for young children. Children under 2 years old are not suitable for snowmobile activities and husky safaris. The organizer reserves the right to refuse participation of young children for safety reasons (e.g., demanding weather conditions or routes).
- Snowmobile: The child rate entitles them to a seat in a sled pulled by a snowmobile driven by a safari guide. Children taller than 140 cm are allowed to ride on the snowmobile behind an adult, but at the adult price.
- Activities with special snow shoes (snowshoes) and skiing can be physically demanding and therefore not suitable for children under 12 years old, unless the program is specifically designed for children.
- All snowmobile safaris include thermal clothing, English-speaking guide services, and each snowmobile is shared by two adults who take turns driving. Fuel charges, insurance (maximum personal liability is €980), maintenance, and VAT are also included. The person driving the snowmobile must be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver's license in Finland. Note: personal liability can be reduced to €150 by paying a waiver supplement of €50 (safari 1-4 hours) or €85 (safari > 4 hours) per snowmobile driver.
- The Northern Lights, Aurora Borealis, are natural phenomena caused by solar wind and cannot be guaranteed or predicted.
- Snowmobile safaris may be altered due to weather conditions. In this case, the organizer reserves the right to modify the route and duration of the excursions. The organizer reserves the right to interrupt a safari if a participant is seen as a potential danger to themselves or others or is in poor health. Prepaid safaris will not be refunded.
- The maximum personal liability of the person driving the snowmobile for damages to the vehicle is €980/person/snowmobile/accident.
Accommodation and Excursion Program:
- The hotel classification in the program is in accordance with the existing standards in the respective country.
- Hotels listed in the program may be subject to change until the departure date, but similar hotels in terms of location and comfort will always be provided.
- Most hotels do not have triple rooms. For 3 adults, double/twin rooms with an extra bed will be confirmed, subject to availability. The extra bed may be a folding bed, an armchair bed, or a sofa bed.
- Room distribution is done by the hotel reception; issues related to room placement or appearance are resolved by the traveler at the reception, assisted by the group escort. For certain facilities in the hotel or room, the hotelier may request additional charges (minibar/fridge, safe, etc.); upon arrival at the hotel, please ask the receptionist to inform you exactly about them.
- The organizer may make changes to the program (time changes, modification of the order of activities), without affecting the structure of the services, thus completing it in full.
