Cost of Tourist Visa B1/B2:

  • Tourist visa for multiple entries valid for 10 years*
    • Consular fee – 185 USD (paid personally by the applicant at MAIB)
    • Agency services** – 149 €

 

*For a 10-year tourist visa, the maximum stay in the USA will be 180 days for each entry into the USA.

**Visa application steps:

  • Complete the visa application form (we assist with completion)
  • Pay the consular fee (we provide a receipt from MAIB bank, based on which you will pay in person at MAIB bank, and you must keep the payment receipt)
  • Schedule the interview (we help with scheduling)
  • Attend the interview (you must be present in person at the interview on the designated date and time)
  • Receive your passport with the visa (if your visa application is approved, you will receive your passport with the visa via courier within 3-5 business days after the interview)

 

**Documents required for the visa application:

  • Clear color scan of your valid passport, which should be valid for at least six months beyond the intended stay in the USA. Format JPEG or PDF.
  • Clear color photograph of the client taken within the last 6 months, with a white background, without glasses and without smiling, in electronic format. Contrast clothing (not white) is recommended.Photo: Color (24 bits per pixel)
  • Dimensions: minimum 600 x 600 pixels, maximum 1200 x 1200 pixels.
  • Height should be equal to width.
  • Format: JPEG
  • File size: less than or equal to 240 KB (kilobytes)
  • Completed application form

 

**Documents required for the embassy interview:

  • Passport
  • Electronic non-immigrant visa application (Form DS-160)
  • One photograph meeting the above requirements
  • Receipt of consular fee payment
  • Interview appointment confirmation
  • For children under 18 years old, the child's birth certificate (original, without translation into English). Children over 14 years old at the time of visa application must attend the interview in person. Children aged 13 and younger may stay at home while their parents (or legal guardians) represent them at the interview. Parents/guardians must also provide a photograph meeting the requirements, along with the visa documents for their children.
  • You can bring any other documents with you to the embassy interview that you believe may help the consul in approving your visa.

 

**Notes:

  • The consular fee and agency service fees are non-refundable.
  • The consular fee and agency service fees are also not refunded if the visa is not approved by the consul for any reason.
  • Non-immigrant visa applicants are advised to apply at least three months before the intended travel date.
  • It is strongly recommended not to purchase tickets, book hotels in advance, or make final travel plans to the USA before obtaining the visa. Having a paid ticket to the USA or a hotel reservation does not influence the consul’s decision on visa approval.

Please note that this visa is intended only for guest visits, tourist or short-term business and recreational trips. It does not permit working, studying, or long-term residence in the country. Having an approved visa does not guarantee entry into the country. The decision on entry into the USA is made by the officer at the port of entry.
