Sibiu, also known by its German name Hermannstadt, was and is one of the most representative cities in Romania, both from a tourist, cultural and economic point of view.
Who hasn't heard of the Fairy Valley Clay Castle? Unreal little houses, from a fantasy world, as if out of a Romanian fairy tale! Clay cottages with rounded doors and gabled roofs, in a very rustic landscape, with a very appropriate name, also from fairy tales: Fairy Valley!
Brasov is also the country's main winter attraction, providing a large number of attractions, mainly dedicated to skiing and outdoor movement. The "crown" of the Saxons, the population of Saxon origin that colonised the strategic region at the foot of the mountains.
