Program
Day 1. Chișinău - Iași - Bacău - Onești - Brașov - Sibiu - Arad - Budapest (approximately 1200 km)
Meeting with the accompanying guide at 11:30 at the Circus parking lot in Chișinău for boarding the bus. Departure at 12:00 to Budapest via the route: Chișinău - Iași - Bacău - Onești - Brașov - Sibiu - Arad - Budapest.
Day 2. Budapest
Arrival at noon. Accommodation at the Expo Hotel or similar in Budapest. Free time. Recommendations for free time:
Visit the Széchenyi Thermal Baths - one of Budapest's largest tourist attractions. There are several indoor and outdoor pools. The hottest outdoor pool maintains a constant water temperature of 38°C. The bath also has massage devices, and the water itself has healing properties due to its mineral content.
Individual visits to the city center.
In the evening, you can take an optional Danube cruise (20 euros/person).
Day 3. Budapest – Padua (approximately 785 km)
Breakfast. Check out of the rooms. Panoramic and walking tour of Budapest: Parliament Palace, Citadel and Gellért Hill, Royal Palace, Fisherman's Bastion, Matthias Church, Heroes' Square, Chain Bridge, St. Stephen's Basilica, Budapest Opera.
After the tour of Budapest, we head to Padua.
Arrival in Padua late in the evening. Accommodation in a 3* hotel.
Day 4. Padua - Venice - Padua (approximately 90 km)
Breakfast. Transfer by bus to Venice - Tronchetto Island, from where we take the vaporetto to St. Mark's Square along the Giudecca Canal. Here we will see St. Mark's Basilica, the Doge's Palace, the Campanile, and the Bridge of Sighs. The visit will continue with a walking tour to see the Grand Canal to the Rialto Bridge.
In the evening, we return to Padua, where we will visit the Basilica of Saint Anthony of Padua, one of the most beloved saints of Italy and the entire Christian world. We will also take a short walking tour in the historic center of the city. Return to the hotel in Padua.
Day 5. Padua - Verona - Milan – Lake Garda (Sirmione) - Padua (approximately 485 km)
Breakfast. Free time in Padua or an optional excursion to Milan + Lake Garda (Sirmione) + Verona (50 euros).
We will head to Milan - the fashion capital of the world, an important financial center of Italy, and the second-largest city after Rome. Here we will visit the main tourist attractions: Sforza Castle (outside), the Cathedral, Galleria Vittorio Emanuele, Piazza della Scala with the monument to Leonardo da Vinci.
Next, we head to Lake Garda (Sirmione), where we will take a 1-hour break (without a guide). Lake Garda impresses with its beauty, clear and deep water, resort pearls, always maintained luxurious atmosphere created by thousands of tourists, rows of straight pines reflecting in the water, and vertically growing Alpine rocks.
We move to Verona, where we will visit the Roman amphitheaters (outside), known for their opera performances and concerts. Juliet's House and Balcony, Piazza delle Erbe, Palazzo and Tombs of the Scaglieri. Return to Padua for accommodation in the same hotel.
Day 6. Padua - Ljubljana - Budapest (approximately 725 km)
Breakfast. We leave Italy and on the way to Budapest, we make a stop in Slovenia, in the capital Ljubljana, for a tour that includes Congress Square, the Franciscan Church, the Triple Bridge, the Town Hall, the Cathedral, the bridge. We arrive in Budapest late in the evening. Accommodation in Budapest, at the Expo Hotel (or similar).
Day 7. Budapest - Arad - Sibiu – Brașov – Onești – Bacău – Iași – Chișinău (approximately 1200 km)
Breakfast. Check out of the rooms. Departure home at 10:00.
Day 8.
Arrival depending on weather conditions, traffic, and customs formalities.
